Product Manager

Currently, “FINCA Azerbaijan” Non-Bank Credit Organization is looking for a  Product Manager.

Essential duties:

•  Develop and implement a company-wide Product development plan, working with all departments to execute the plan
•  Manage the product development process from the design, concept phase to  the testing, rollout and post-launch analysis phases
•  Reviewing the client feedback, reporting and analysis of the product delivery, and creating necessary action plan in addressing issues in client experience
•  Making prioritization and planning according to the current business plans, priorities, legal requirements, strategies and direction of the Senior Management
•  Assessing the current product offerings of F/Az and competitors and determining points to be improved in order to align with market and customer needs
•  Continually learning about customer needs and market trends, and opportunities with   self   analysis  and through Marketing department, Sales staff and Branch staff
•  To develop products focused on client needs, to consider opinion and recommendations of clients during all development stages of a loan product
• Managing and monitoring the entire product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities
•  Determining through certain indicators/KPIs the efficiency of loan products, to track profitability of products
•  Development of action plans and their implementation, preparation of process maps, project plans, work flow charts and all other related documents
•  Drawing up analytical reports on client segmentation, product segmentation, product performance
•  Regularly distribute findings and insights from reporting & analysis to stakeholders in order to make decisions further product improvements, changes in loan and disbursement conditions
• Ensure both Commercial and Sales &Operations staff are appropriately trained in agreed standards on products

QUALIFICATIONS:

•  Higher degree in finance, business, economics, marketing
• Extended work experience in managerial positions in banks and/or MFIs
•  Minimum 5 years experience in product management or in a similar role in banking, financial services involving product development, product design, building products` go-to-market strategy
• At least 3 years experince in leading initiatives involving cross-functional teams like IT, Sales, Marketing, Operations
•  Ability to use data analytics and conduct research to drive business and testing methodologies for product improvement decisions, diagnosing problems and preparing action plans
•  Excellent knowledge in lending, good understanding of client behaviors, credit market trends
• Experience in customer and employee journey initiatives, customer service design, digitization
•  Ability to work in cross functional teams and manage team work, be a good team player, creating smooth communications between field and HO staff
•  Being confident to make new suggestions, solve problems, make decisions and draw conclusions
•  Advanced planning and organizational skills, able to think strategically, result oriented
•  Excellent report writing and presentation skills
•  Good analytical and organizational skills   
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and conduct trainings and presentations
• High computer literacy

Language Skills :

 Fluency in Azerbaijani required, good command of English is required.
