- Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans and documentation in Confluence.
- Execute functional, regression, integration, and performance testing for web and mobile applications.
- Analyze test results and communicate findings effectively to cross-functional teams (developers, product managers, designers).
- Utilize Jira for bug tracking and prioritize defect resolution throughout the testing lifecycle.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior QA team members.
- Conduct API testing using tools like Postman and Swagger to ensure backend service functionality.
- Collaborate in designing and implementing effective testing strategies and best practices.
- Contribute to test automation by writing and maintaining scripts using Java.
- Use test case management tools (e.g., TestRail) to create and manage test cases and checklists efficiently.

- Hands-on experience in manual and automated testing processes.
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Proficiency in tools like Jira, Confluence, Postman, Swagger and etc.
- Solid understanding of SQL for data validation and database testing.
- Experience with Java for automation testing.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Previous experience mentoring junior team members is a plus.
