Documentation Specialist

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Documentation Specialist for our Secondary International School to join our team.

• Maintain and update staff, student, and parent databases and documentation;
• Manage attendance, leave, substitution records, access cards, and teacher documentation;
• Coordinate with HR on documentation, reports, and payroll-related matters;
• Provide operational support: orders, logistics, books, transportation, catering, and uniforms;
• Coordinate with the IT support team for system assistance (email, technical equipment);
• Provide administrative support for admissions and examinations (DIM, SAT);
• Prepare reports, transcripts, and administrative documentation;
• Provide payments, invoices, orders, and secondary cash requests to Finance;
• Ensure timely completion of daily administrative tasks.

• Higher education (Bachelor’s degree);
• Experience in an administrative role;
• English proven proficiency minimum B2 level;
• Strong organisational skills;
• High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently;
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills;
• Experience with Cambridge, Pearson, or other international school systems is desirable.
