Human Resources Head of Landau Education Group

• Develop and lead the Group-wide HR strategy in alignment with Landau Education Group’s strategic goals and business objectives;
• Provide strategic HR leadership across all companies within the Group, ensuring alignment and consistency of HR practices;
• Develop and implement Group-wide HR policies, frameworks, and processes while considering the specific needs of each business entity;
• Act as a strategic partner to Group leadership and company heads on organizational development, workforce strategy, talent management, and people-related matters;
• Lead and develop the Group HR team, ensuring effective collaboration and high-quality HR service delivery across all companies;
• Monitor Group-wide HR KPIs, analytics, and workforce metrics to support data-driven decision-making;
• Establish and oversee the Group’s overall HR operating model, governance, policies, processes, and standards while considering the specific operational needs of each business entity;
• Identify opportunities to harmonize and optimize HR processes across the group while considering the specific needs of each business entity.
• Provide strategic oversight of HR budgets, resources, systems, and technology to ensure the efficiency and scalability of the HR function.

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field;
• 10+ years of HR experience, including at least 5 years leading the HR function;
• Strong experience in HR strategy, Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, and Employee Relations;
• Proven leadership and people management skills;
• Strong communication, negotiation, analytical, and decision-making skills;
• Good knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices;
• Fluent in Azerbaijani and English;
• Experience in the education sector is considered an advantage;
• CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent certification is an advantage.
