IT HelpDesk

• Printer installation ( Usb and Network);
• Windows 10, 11 – OS installation;
• Physical installation of LAN cable (CAT5, CAT6);
• Working with basic network protocols (TCP, IP, DNS);
• Mail installation (Outlook).

• Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science;
• Proven working experience in providing HelpDesk support;
• Knowledge of Windows OS (PC);
• Ability to work with drivers;
• Basic knowledges of DC and AD;
• CompTIA A+ level knowledge is a plus;
• Network knowledge at CCNET level is a plus;
• Communication skills;
• Troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills;
• Responsibility and punctuality skills.
