Mobilographer (Admitt)

As a Mobilographer, you will shoot and edit short-form video content with a smartphone for Instagram, TikTok

and YouTube Shorts. From student success stories and consultant tips to office life and trending formats, you

will turn Admitt's expertise into engaging content that grows our audience and supports our paid campaigns.

• 1+ years of experience in mobile videography / Reels production (portfolio required).
• Excellent skills in mobile editing apps (CapCut, VN, InShot); Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve is a plus.
• Strong sense of framing, lighting, rhythm and storytelling in short-form video.
• Understanding of Instagram and TikTok algorithms, trends and hooks (the first 3 seconds).
• Comfortable directing people on camera, including students and consultants who are not used to filming.
• Fluent Azerbaijani; good English (for subtitles and international content). Russian is an advantage.
• Creative, fast, proactive and able to handle several projects each week.
