- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; Master's degree is a plus.;

- Training / Certifications:
1C: Exploitation of Large Information Systems – directly relevant to operating, monitoring and restoring enterprise 1C environments.
1C: Expert in Technological Issues – an advantage for advanced performance, scalability and reliability troubleshooting.
1C: Specialist in the 1C:Enterprise 8 Platform – an additional advantage for configuration-level diagnostics and technical understanding of application mechanisms.
- Minimum 3 years of practical experience administering and supporting 1C systems in multi-user, client-server production environments; experience limited to data entry or end-user operation is insufficient.
- Strong knowledge of 1C client-server architecture, including server clusters, ragent, rmngr, rphost, administration console, RAS/RAC, information bases, connections, sessions and working-process resource management.
- Practical experience with 1C 1.3 or comparable enterprise configurations, including customized solutions, configuration metadata, catalogs, documents, registers and document-posting mechanisms.
- Understanding of procurement, sales, inventory and manufacturing workflows.
- Experience with platform and configuration updates, compatibility modes, extensions, client/server version alignment, software or hardware licensing, validation after upgrades, migrations and infrastructure changes.
- Strong troubleshooting skills using the 1C registration log, technological log and logcfg.xml, Windows logs and performance monitoring.
- Ability to distinguish application errors, managed locks, SQL blocking/deadlocks, working-process failures and infrastructure bottlenecks.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and SSMS, including read-only T-SQL diagnostics, database connections, blocking, transaction-log growth, tempdb, disk capacity and indexes/statistics.
- Ability to investigate issues without directly modifying 1C application tables.
- Practical understanding of full, differential and transaction-log backups, recovery models, retention, RPO/RTO and restore testing.
- Ability to distinguish database backups from
.bak exports and VM snapshots and safely validate restored 1C environments. - Experience managing 1C users, roles, access profiles, RLS and authentication.
- Experience managing background and scheduled jobs, investigating failed tasks and preventing production exchanges or external notifications from being disrupted.
- Practical knowledge of Windows Server, services, Active Directory, authentication, RDS, TCP/IP, DNS and IIS/Apache web publishing.
- Sufficient knowledge to diagnose 1C client, server, web-access, certificate and connectivity problems.
- Experience supporting data exchange plans, HTTP/REST, SOAP, OData and XML/JSON integrations, authentication, token exchange, logging, failed-message handling and safe reprocessing without duplicate business transactions.
- Ability to read 1C query language and basic BSL code for troubleshooting.
- Ability to use command-line administration and PowerShell automation.
- Ability to work with Russian-language 1C documentation and English-language infrastructure documentation.
