• Advise on corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory matters in fintech and AI projects
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, partnerships, and agreements
• Support fintech-related licenses, regulatory filings, and legal risk management
• Ensure compliance with national and international financial and corporate laws
• Represent NAIC in legal negotiations and liaise with authorities
• Monitor changes in fintech and corporate legislation and advise management
