The ICT Engineer is responsible for maintaining, supporting, and optimizing the organization’s ICT infrastructure. In addition, this role provides frontline Help Desk support to end users, ensuring efficient resolution of ICT-related incidents and service requests in line with company standards and policies.
Monitor, maintain, and support network equipment, and end-user devices (desktops, laptops, printers, etc.).
Monitor network performance and availability, troubleshooting connectivity or performance issues
Manage user accounts, access rights, and licenses
Act as the first point of contact for ICT support requests via phone, email, or ticketing system
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues promptly
Provide user training and guidance on ICT policies, systems, and tools
Assist with configuration, deployment, and maintenance of ICT systems and applications (e.g., Exchange, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams)
Collaborate with the ICT team to ensure reliable operation of ICT systems
Inventory Management of ICT equipment
Create, manage ICT requests in ERP (SAP) system
ICT and Security Awareness induction to users
Undertake responsibility to comply with all the Occupation Health, Safety and Sanitation

3–5 years of experience in ICT support, systems administration, or similar roles
Strong knowledge of Windows 10, 11 operating systems
Knowledge of ERP (SAP) system
Basic knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy
Experience with Microsoft 365, Exchange Server, and basic networking (LAN/WAN, VLAN, firewalls)
Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills
Strong communication and end-user service orientation
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
