- Develop, review, and finalize electrical and ELV/automation designs, drawings, and technical documentation for CAPEX projects.
- Prepare scopes of work, BOQs, budgets, and tender specifications for electrical, fire alarm, and automation systems.
- Conduct technical evaluation of contractor proposals and participate in tendering process.
- Supervise and control site works for electrical, ELV, and automation systems, ensuring compliance with design, standards, timelines, and HSE.
- Provide subject-matter expertise in LV/MV distribution, lighting, fire alarm, BMS, access control, CCTV, and other ELV systems.
- Perform quality control checks, testing, and commissioning of electrical and ELV installations.
- Research and recommend new technologies, automation solutions, and energy efficiency improvements for property assets.
- Coordinate with civil, mechanical, and other disciplines to ensure integrated project delivery.
- Maintain proper project documentation, drawings, and reporting to ensure compliance and traceability.
- Support handover processes, validating as-built documentation, test protocols, and O&M manuals.
Tələblər
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical or Power Engineering.
- Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in electrical design, supervision, and execution of CAPEX or construction projects.
- Strong expertise in LV/MV systems, fire alarm, automation, and ELV systems (BMS, CCTV, access control, structured cabling).
- Solid knowledge of local regulations (AzDTN, FHN) and international standards (IEC, EN, NFPA, ISO).
- Demonstrated ability to manage design, execution, QA/QC, and commissioning phases.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit is an advantage), MS Project or Primavera, and MS Office applications.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and reporting skills.
- Fluency in Azerbaijani and English; Russian is an advantage.
