Provide high-quality executive and business support to the reporting executive CEO of Absheron Hotel Group (AHG), while owning the coordination and follow-through of cross-functional actions, deadlines and executive reporting. The role ensures decisions are tracked to closure, leadership meetings are prepared to a consistently high standard, and the executive’s time is managed effectively.

RESPONSIBILITIES

– Manage the executive’s calendar, meetings, travel arrangements and expense reporting;

– Handle correspondence and draft letters/e-mails on behalf of the executive;

– Organise internal and external meetings, prepare agendas and take minutes;

– Coordinate visits of guests and partners.

– Maintain a consolidated action and decision log from leadership meetings; track items to closure by owner and deadline;

– Coordinate cross-functional deliverables and deadlines;

– Prepare regular status summaries and dashboards for the executive.

– Prepare presentations, briefing packs and Executive Committee / Board materials;

– Consolidate departmental inputs into unified documents and reports;

– Ensure documents follow corporate templates and bilingual standards.

– Act as liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders;

– Coordinate with HQ functions and OpCos on information requests;

– Support the organisation of corporate events, workshops and town halls.

– Handle sensitive information with full confidentiality;

– Maintain a structured filing and document-management system;

– Perform other duties as assigned by the executive

Tələblər

Education

– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics or a related field.

Experience

– Minimum 3 years in executive assistant, business assistant or project coordination roles;

– Experience supporting a C-level executive is preferred.

Technical Skills

– Advanced MS PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook;

– Familiarity with planning/tracking tools (MS Project, Planner, Asana, etc.) is an advantage.

Languages

– Fluent Azerbaijani and English
