Fit Out QA/QC Engineer

JOB ACCOUNTABILITY

· Supervise all fit-out and civil works activities to ensure compliance with specifications and standards

· Conduct regular quality inspections and audits of site works and materials

· Review and approve method statements, inspection test plans (ITPs), and material submittals

· Identify non-conformities and follow up on corrective and preventive actions

· Prepare and maintain detailed QA/QC records: inspection reports, logs, NCRs, and checklists

· Ensure project quality plans and procedures are implemented on-site

· Coordinate with site engineers, consultants, and contractors to meet quality objectives  

· Report to the QA/QC Manager on all quality-related issues and updates

· Provide technical support and guidance to ensure proper execution of high-end fit-out works

· Support handover documentation, snagging, and final inspections for project closeout   

Education:

 ·     Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline

Work experience:

·     At least 3-5 years of QA/QC experience, preferably in high-end fit-out projects

Language and computer programs knowledge:

·     MS Office, AutoCAD, QA/QC documentation tools;

·    Fluency in Azerbaijani, good command of English;

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:

·      Strong knowledge of international and local quality standards;

·      Detail-oriented with strong documentation and analytical skills

·      Ability to work independently with high accountability

·     Comfortable working in high-pressure, fast-paced site environments
