Job description


Managing recruitment processes: hiring, internal transfers, dismissals, leave and business trips in compliance with labor legislation, and preparing the necessary HR orders.


Drafting, amending, and terminating employment contracts, and ensuring timely entry into the Electronic Application and Collaboration System (ƏMAS).


Maintaining and updating employees’ personal files and HR databases on a regular basis.


Monitoring attendance and working schedules; preparing monthly timesheets and submitting them to management/accounting.


Preparing and managing employee annual leave schedules, ensuring proper documentation and execution.


Handling business trip documentation, travel orders, and maintaining accurate records.


Keeping records of employees’ medical certificates and health-related documentation.


Participating in recruitment interviews, conducting initial candidate screening, and providing recommendations to management.


Organizing onboarding and adaptation programs for new employees, including familiarization with workplace rules and corporate culture.


Supporting employee motivation initiatives and monitoring compliance with internal regulations.


Assisting the HR Manager in employee performance evaluation processes and ensuring proper documentation of results.


Managing documentation related to social payments, state contributions, and salary cards.


Preparing HR reports, statistics, and analytical data for submission to management.



Tələblər

Requirements:

Higher education (Management, Business Administration, Law, or related fields).


Minimum 5 years of professional HR experience.


In-depth knowledge of labor legislation and HR practices.


Proficiency in MS Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).


Practical knowledge of 1C HR & Payroll module (mandatory).


English language proficiency (Upper-Intermediate or higher) – both written and verbal.


Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.
