Senior Network Administrator

• Design, implement, and manage LAN/WAN/WLAN network infrastructure

• Configure and manage Cisco, Fortinet, and MikroTik devices

• Configure and troubleshoot VLAN, STP, OSPF, BGP, and static routing

• Optimize network traffic and segmentation

• Configure and manage firewalls (FortiGate, Palo Alto, Cisco ASA)

• Implement VPN solutions (IPSec, SSL) and secure remote access

• Apply security best practices aligned with ISO 27001 and NIST

• Monitor networks using PRTG, Zabbix, and SolarWinds

• Perform traffic analysis, capacity planning, and performance tuning

• Implement HSRP/VRRP, failover, and load balancing solutions

• Ensure network uptime and high availability

• Manage and optimize Wi-Fi networks (Ubiquiti, Cisco, Aruba)

• Ensure wireless security using WPA2/WPA3

• Conduct vulnerability assessments, patching, and configuration hardening

• Support incident response and risk mitigation

• Work with Azure/AWS networking basics in hybrid environments

• Configure secure connectivity between on-prem and cloud environments

• Troubleshoot network issues and perform root cause analysis (RCA)

• Follow ITIL-based incident and problem management processes

• Maintain network documentation, diagrams, and configurations

• Support change management and standardization processes

• 3+ years of enterprise network administration experience

• Hands-on experience with routing & switching, firewalls, and VPNs

• Strong knowledge of VLAN, STP, OSPF, BGP, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, NAT

• Understanding of network security, segmentation (DMZ, ACLs)

• Experience with monitoring tools and high availability solutions

• Strong troubleshooting, performance tuning, and traffic analysis skills

• Familiarity with ISO 27001 / NIST

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant certifications (CCNP, CCIE, NSE)

• Experience with Azure/AWS networking

• Knowledge of automation (Python, Ansible)

• Experience with SD-WAN and Zero Trust
