Oversee and manage the daily duties of F&B personnel, including waitstaff, bar team, and front-of-house
Ensure seamless and effective functioning of restaurant spaces, bar operations, and in-room dining services
Facilitate onboarding of new team members and provide continuous training to uphold service excellence
Track stock levels and coordinate ordering of supplies to support uninterrupted service
Support the creation, pricing, and enhancement of menu offerings in collaboration with culinary leadership
Enforce hygiene and safety protocols in line with local health and safety standards
Address guest questions, feedback, and issues in a timely and courteous manner
Work closely with kitchen staff to guarantee prompt and precise food and beverage service
Foster a collaborative team atmosphere and inspire staff to meet performance targets

Strong organizational abilities with effective team leadership capabilities
Language proficiency in Azerbaijani and English; knowledge of Russian is advantageous
Solid understanding of F&B processes, including menu development and expense management
Skilled in Microsoft Office applications and restaurant management systems
