Provide first-line technical support via ticketing system, email, and phone
Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and network issues
Assist with installation, configuration, and maintenance of workstations, laptops, and printers
Support operating systems (Windows/macOS), standard office software, and corporate applications
Assist with user account management (Active Directory, email accounts, access rights)
Follow IT security policies and support basic information security procedures
Knowledge of computer hardware and operating systems (Windows/macOS)
Understanding of basic networking fundamentals (LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN)
Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset
Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple requests efficiently
Willingness to learn and develop professionally in the IT field
Tələblər
Degree or ongoing education in IT or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
1–2 years of experience in IT support or Helpdesk
Responsibility and attention to detail
Stress-resistance and problem-solving attitude
Team player with a proactive approach
