• Oversee kitchen operations across multiple boutique hotel properties within the cluster.
• Develop and implement creative menus aligned with each hotel’s concept and brand identity.
• Ensure consistent food quality, presentation, and service standards across all outlets.
• Lead, mentor, and train culinary teams to achieve operational excellence.
• Manage food cost, inventory control, supplier relations, and kitchen budgets.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, HACCP, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
• Collaborate with hotel management on seasonal promotions, special events, and guest experiences.
• Monitor market trends and introduce innovative culinary concepts and techniques.
• Optimize kitchen efficiency, staffing, and productivity across all properties.
• Minimum 7–10 years of culinary leadership experience, preferably within luxury or boutique hotels.
• Previous experience as Cluster Executive Chef is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of international cuisine and modern culinary trends.
• Proven ability to manage multi-property culinary operations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Strong financial and cost-control management abilities.
• Culinary degree or professional certification preferred.
• Fluency in Azerbaijan and English is required; additional languages are an advantage.
