- Monitor security operations to ensure the safety of guests, employees, and property
- Control entry and exit points, verify identification, and maintain visitor logs
- Conduct regular patrols of premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or hazards
- Respond promptly and professionally to alarms, incidents, or emergencies
- Collaborate with management to implement and enforce security policies and procedures
- Coordinate with law enforcement or emergency services when required
- Ensure CCTV systems and security equipment are functional and report technical issues
- Provide support and guidance to staff regarding safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Maintain a high standard of discipline, integrity, and confidentiality at all times
Tələblər
- Proven experience as a Security Officer (minimum 1 year)
- Strong observation and problem-solving skills
- Language skills: Azerbaijani (required); English and Russian are a plus
- Ability to remain calm and act quickly in emergency situations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of security procedures, access control, and emergency protocols
- Physical fitness and ability to work in shifts
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of CCTV systems is an advantage
