Experience deploying, configuring, and supporting physical servers, SAN/NAS storage, and virtualization infrastructure.
Experience with Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), user lifecycle management, and license administration.
Good knowledge of web servers and proxy server (Nginx, Haproxy...) configuration and administration.
Experience with containerized environments and orchestration technologies, including Docker and Kubernetes.
Hands-on experience automation tools such as Ansible.
Experience working with CI/CD platforms, including GitLab CI and/or Jenkins.
Strong knowledge of infrastructure monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Zabbix, and the ELK Stack.
Experience administering Veeam Backup & Replication, including backup strategies, recovery procedures, and disaster recovery testing.
Understanding of RPO/RTO objectives and disaster recovery planning.
Working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL) administration.
Experience with infrastructure capacity planning, performance tuning, and resource optimization.
Ability to produce and maintain technical documentation and improve internal operational processes.

Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience as a System Administrator or in a similar infrastructure administration role.
Minimum 2 years of experience administering Microsoft Azure Cloud and Microsoft 365 (Office 365) environments.
Strong expertise in Windows Server and Linux administration.
Proven experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), and Microsoft Entra Connect (Azure AD Connect).
Practical experience managing and maintaining VMware vSphere environments, including ESXi, vCenter, High Availability (HA), DRS, and vMotion.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Russian language proficiency is mandatory.
English language proficiency is considered an advantage.
