Asset Integrity Management System
- Support the Integrity Manager in developing and implementing UBOC's Asset Integrity Management System and associated procedures, standards and processes.
- Maintain the asset integrity framework, including asset criticality, integrity threats, inspection strategies, integrity risks, anomalies and action tracking.
- Support development and periodic review of asset integrity plans and performance indicators.
- Identify gaps in the existing integrity management arrangements and support development of improvement plans.
- Support implementation of industry good practices and relevant international standards.
Operations Integrity Governance & Assurance
- SCE Barrier Monitoring: Track asset integrity metrics, monitor process safety KPIs, and assist in evaluating Safety-Critical Element (SCE) barrier health across static asset packages.
- MoC Technical Review: Serve as Technical Reviewer within the Management of Change (MoC) process for static equipment temporary repairs (e.g., engineered clamps, composite wraps), piping modifications, and material substitutions.
- Risk Register Management: Maintain operational integrity risk registers for static pressure equipment and piping, tracking overdue inspections, deferred maintenance, and temporary repair status.
- Integrity Assurance: Review and support execution strategies for inspection plans and Risk-Based Inspection (RBI) models.
- Reporting & Dashboards: Prepare routine executive dashboards, integrity trend reports, and risk summaries for operational leadership.
Cross-Disciplinary Liaison & Improvement Projects
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Interface between Operations, Construction, QA/QC, Engineering, and Field Maintenance for static asset integrity repairs, brownfield modifications, and life-extension campaigns.
- QA/QC & Engineering Compliance: Collaborate with QA/QC to ensure repair procedures, welding specs, material selections, Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) plans, and contractor deliverables comply with applicable design codes and asset specifications.
- Brownfield Campaign Support: Assist Construction & Modifications teams with job pack reviews, constructability assessments, tie-in schedules, and site execution tracking for integrity repairs.
Static Equipment & RBI Management
- RBI Framework Support: Assist in coordinating and updating the Risk-Based Inspection (RBI) framework (API 580 / 581) for pressure vessels, HP/LP separators, TEG regeneration units, heat exchangers, and storage tanks.
- NDT & Inspection Review: Review NDT deliverables (including PAUT, TOFD, PEC, and ultrasonic thickness surveys) to identify wall loss and cracking trends.
- Fitness-for-Service (FFS): Perform and support preliminary Level 1 Fitness-for-Service (FFS) evaluations (API 579-1 / ASME FFS-1) for wall loss and pitting, escalating complex Level 2/3 assessments to senior engineering authorities.
- Asset Taxonomy Alignment: Ensure equipment boundaries, asset hierarchies, component taxonomies, and failure data structures conform strictly to the ISO 14224 standard for CMMS/SAP integration.
Corrosion Control & Infrastructure Integrity
- Degradation Threat Monitoring: Monitor primary degradation threats, including Corrosion Under Insulation (CUI), marine atmospheric corrosion, wet gas corrosion, top-of-line corrosion (TOLC), erosion, and vibration fatigue.
- Corrosion Monitoring: Track chemical inhibitor injection rates, corrosion coupon/probe weight-loss data, protective industrial coatings, passive fire protection (PFP) condition, and cathodic protection (CP) survey results.
- Structural & Topsides Integrity: Support integrity management activities for offshore topsides structures and steel jacket interfaces
