Inventory Team Leader

Supervise daily inventory control and stock management activities.
Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stock audits, and physical inventory verification.
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and stock variances.
Ensure all inventory transactions are accurately processed in SAP or other inventory management systems.
Coordinate material reconciliation and stock adjustment activities.
Support warehouse operations to ensure proper storage and material handling practices.
Work in close coordination with the Lifting Team to ensure safe and efficient material movement, handling, storage, and operational activities.
Coordinate inventory and warehouse activities involving lifting operations and ensure effective communication between Inventory, Warehouse, and Lifting Teams.
Prepare and analyze inventory reports, KPIs, and performance metrics.
Ensure compliance with company procedures, internal controls, and HSE requirements.
Provide guidance, training, and support to inventory personnel.
Participate in audits and ensure required documentation is maintained accurately.
Assist in the development and standardization of inventory procedures and best practices.
Assist in implementing corrective and preventive actions related to inventory discrepancies and process gaps.
Promote compliance with company policies, procedures, and internal inventory control standards.

Bachelor’s degree or technical education in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Minimum 5–8 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse, or materials management.
Previous supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
Experience with SAP or other inventory management systems.
Strong understanding of inventory control processes and warehouse operations.
Practical experience working in close coordination with lifting teams and supporting material handling and lifting-related operational activities.
Good understanding of the interaction between inventory control, warehouse operations, material movement, and lifting activities.
