Constantly monitor and expand the product assortment within the Kids category;
Analyze market prices and set competitive pricing strategies;
Plan, create, and execute promotional campaigns in collaboration with partners;
Control category margins and ensure profitability targets are met;
Stay up to date with market trends and introduce new relevant products to the category;
Select, negotiate, and manage relationships with suppliers, including contract management;
Monitor inventory levels and maintain strong relationships with top partners to ensure product availability;
Optimize product presentation to improve customer experience and conversion;
Actively work on increasing GMV and achieving category growth objectives.

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in category management, preferably in Kids or a related segment;
Basic understanding of e-commerce tools and operational processes;
Knowledge of consumer behavior differences in online and offline markets for the Kids category;
Experience in supplier negotiations and contract execution;
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, Management, or a related field;
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions;
Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset.
