The CRM Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and analyzing CRM communications via push notifications, in-app messages, SMS, and email to improve customer engagement and retention.
Main Responsibilities:
- Planning and executing CRM communications for Umico customers through push notifications, in-app messages, SMS, and email.
- Automating trigger-based communications and launching manual one-time campaigns in CDP Bloomreach (Exponea).
- Creating customer segments in the CDP system for future interactions.
- Analyzing CRM campaigns and promotions, drawing insights to improve effectiveness.
- Copywriting SMS, push notifications, and in-app messages in Russian and Azerbaijani.
- Designing email templates for customer communications.
