- Vendor & Venue Coordination: Proven ability to work effectively with vendors, venues, and technical equipment.
- Multitasking & Coordination: Strong skills in multitasking and project coordination.
- Aesthetic Sense: A keen sense of taste, timing, and relevance in event design and execution.
- Ownership Mindset: Demonstrated ability to take full ownership of projects from inception to completion.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in Azerbaijani and Russian is a plus.
