HSE Manager

Occupational Health and Safety:

• Develop and implement occupational health and safety policies and procedures;

• Conduct regular audits, inspections, and risk assessments in the workplace;

• Organize and conduct training sessions and briefings for employees;

• Investigate incidents, identify causes, and develop preventive measures;

• Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment and compliance with safety regulations.

Environmental Safety:

• Ensure the company's activities comply with environmental standards and regulations;

• Develop and implement programs to reduce environmental impact;

• Monitor compliance with waste disposal regulations, energy consumption, and pollutant emissions;

• Conduct environmental audits and liaise with regulatory authorities.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain required documentation related to occupational health and environmental safety;

• Prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders;

• Monitor legislative changes and ensure the company complies with new requirements.

• 3+ years of experience in the HSE field;

• Local and international HSE certificates (IOSH, ISO 45001) are must

• Russian language is a must, English is an advantage

• Deep knowledge of regulatory requirements in occupational health and environmental safety;

• Experience conducting training, briefings, and internal audits;

• Risk analysis skills and the ability to develop mitigation measures;

• High level of responsibility and attention to detail;
