Procurement Specialist

Manage the full procurement cycle for logistics services and materials, including boxes, bags, seals, labels, inserts, racks, and uniforms;
Develop technical requirements and specifications in collaboration with Marketing, Operations;
Conduct supplier market analysis (local and international), organize tenders, and evaluate product quality, pricing, and terms of cooperation;
Monitor delivery schedules, product quality, and compliance with approved standards and contractual obligations;
Maintain procurement documentation and reports; operate within accounting and procurement systems (1C, Excel).

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field;
Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in procurement or supply chain, preferably in logistics or e-commerce sectors;
Strong knowledge of procurement processes, contract management, and vendor evaluation.
Proficient in procurement tools and software (1C, Excel; SAP is a plus);
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills;
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment;
Fluency in English and Russian
