Business Performance Analysis:

  • Monitor and analyze key business performance metrics and operational KPIs;
  • Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in business performance;
  • Prepare performance dashboards and reports for senior management.


Financial Analysis and Communications with Shareholders:

  • Assist in developing performance forecasts and benchmarking analysis;
  • Conduct variance analysis, comparing actual results with performance targets;
  • Provide insights and recommendations to optimize operational performance;
  • Prepare regular and ad hoc materials for shareholders.


Strategic Support:

  • Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate different business scenarios;
  • Support the assessment of new initiatives, projects, and investment opportunities;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive performance improvement initiatives.


Tələblər

  • 2+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis or related field;
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis;
  • Developed analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail;
  • Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint, experience with BI tools or reporting systems will be a plus;
  • Deep understanding of financial concepts and performance management principles;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills;
  • Upper-Intermediate or higher English proficiency, knowledge of Russian is a plus;
  • Education: BS/MS in finance, accounting or related field (CFA or MBA will be an advantage).
  • Attention to detail and ability to work with large volumes of data;
  • Ability to analyze complex financial indicators and identify key insights;
  • Ability to clearly and logically present complex information in oral and written form;
  • Flexibility and willingness to work in a dynamic environment;
  • Ability to effectively interact with different levels of business;
  • Focus on results and independence in decision-making.
