  • Strong hospitality and customer service orientation – greet and farewell guests professionally, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their visit.
  • Accuracy in handling food and beverage orders – take and deliver meal and drink orders correctly while also suggesting additional products or services to enhance the guest experience and support sales.
  • Attention to detail in point-of-sale operations – accurately record all transactions in the cash register system, handling any changes, cancellations, or corrections in accordance with F&B procedures.
  • Ability to operate relevant technical equipment – safely and effectively use all technical tools and devices required for daily operations.
