Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and guide the guest service team during shifts to ensure consistent, high-quality service.
  • Handle guest complaints, feedback, and special requests with professionalism and urgency.
  • Assist in check-in/check-out procedures, room assignments, and resolving billing issues.
  • Maintain a strong presence in the lobby and guest areas to ensure personalized service.
  • Train and mentor team members, fostering a culture of guest-centricity and continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments for seamless guest service delivery.
  • Monitor and maintain front office supplies, equipment, and cleanliness.
  • Prepare shift reports and communicate key issues to management.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and operational policies.

Tələblər

Previous 1-2 experience in Front Office or Guest Services, preferably in a supervisory role.

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Excellent problem-solving abilities and a calm, diplomatic approach under pressure.

Proficient in property management systems and Microsoft Office.

Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
