Planning and organizing machinery service schedules to ensure timely maintenance and smooth operation of all equipment;
Updating annual purchase orders by verifying requirements, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring accuracy in procurement records;
Updating and monitoring annual service orders to ensure compliance with company standards, maintaining records, and overseeing service activities;
Registering work information in the internal system by accurately documenting operational details, service logs, and maintenance records;
Checking stock balances of frequently used materials to prevent shortages, coordinate reorders, and maintain optimal inventory levels;
Creating purchase and service orders by liaising with relevant departments, ensuring correct specifications, and tracking order progress;
Providing weekly machinery status reports by analyzing performance metrics, identifying potential issues, and recommending necessary actions.

Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Engineering or a related engineering field;
1-2 years of mechanical experience in the agricultural field or related industry;
Azerbaijani and English proficiency required, additional languages are a plus;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs;
Basic knowledge in engineering, or related fields;
Organizational and reporting skills;
Driving license is preferred.
