Prepare weekly/monthly reports to different governmental authorities
Prepare and submit applications for governmental subsidies and grants relevant to agriculture activities;
Ensure compliance with subsidy requirements and manage subsidy reporting obligations;
Prepare and submit periodic reports to the State Statistics Department on agricultural production, sales, employment and other relevant metrics;
Handle insurance claims and reporting procedures related to agricultural operations.

Bachelor’s degree in International Relations, Public Administration, Law, or a related field;
Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience;
Previous internship or work experience in government relations, public affairs, or engagement with governmental institutions is considered an advantage;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Azerbaijani; good command of English;
Strong proficiency in MS Office programs, with advanced knowledge of Excel;
Ability to review and analyze legislative and regulatory documents and assess their potential impact on the organization at a foundational level;
Strong interpersonal and networking skills to represent the organization in governmental and public forums under supervision;
Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with government officials, policymakers, and other stakeholders;
Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and a high level of responsibility.
