Executive & Administrative Support:
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and meeting schedules, ensuring effective time prioritization.
- Handle correspondence, emails, phone calls, and communications on behalf of the CEO.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal teams, partners, and external stakeholders.
Meeting & Communication Management:
- Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and briefing materials.
- Attend meetings when required, take accurate minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and executive events.
Travel & Logistics Coordination:
- Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, visas, and itineraries.
- Ensure all travel logistics are efficiently planned and aligned with the CEO’s schedule.
Document & Information Management:
- Prepare, review, and organize documents, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain confidential files, records, and sensitive information with the highest level of discretion.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping and document version control.
Operational Support:
- Support day-to-day administrative operations related to the CEO’s office.
- Liaise with departments to ensure timely information flow and task completion.
- Assist with ad-hoc tasks and special assignments as required by the CEO.
