Senior International Relations Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior International Relations Specialist to lead and support our global engagement strategies. This role involves managing key international partnerships, developing diplomatic and policy initiatives, and representing the organization in high-level negotiations and forums.

• Develop and implement comprehensive international engagement strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Manage and cultivate strategic partnerships with foreign governments, international organizations, and institutions.
• Represent the organization at international conferences, diplomatic meetings, and high-level forums.
• Draft position papers, policy briefs, reports, and diplomatic correspondence.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align global initiatives and ensure consistency in international messaging.

• Master’s degree (or higher) in International Relations, Political Science, Public Policy, International Law, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3–4 years of progressive experience in international relations, diplomacy, or foreign affairs.
• Proven experience in managing international partnerships and high-level negotiations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; fluency in Azerbaijan, English, Russian.
• Ability to work across cultures with sensitivity, diplomacy, and professionalism.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally as required.
• Prior experience in government organization is an advantage.
