  • Strategic HR Leadership: Collaborate with the HR Director to implement and execute HR strategies aligned with Aztelekom’s overall business goals.
  • Talent Acquisition and Development: Lead recruitment efforts, onboarding programs, and employee development initiatives to attract, retain, and nurture top talent.
  • Performance Management: Develop and manage performance appraisal systems to drive employee engagement and productivity.
  • HR Compliance: Ensure compliance with local labor regulations and industry standards.
  • Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment, mediate employee disputes, and promote workplace harmony.
  • HR Data and Analytics: Analyze HR metrics and provide actionable insights to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Change Management: Lead HR-related projects and initiatives, including organizational changes and cultural transformations.


Tələblər

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • At least 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, with a strong focus on operations.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in managing HR teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in HR management systems and data analysis tools.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in Azerbaijani and English is required.
  • CIPD, SHRM or other certifications are advantage.
