Job summary:
To lead the Product Management activities to develop new products, manage existing products, and drive revenue growth in alignment with company's commercial and strategic goals. This role involves high level understanding customer needs, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional products.
Responsibilities:
- Definition and alignment of the vision, strategy and roadmap, in order to establish the company’s product ranges.
- Research, analyze, and develop new product and service ideas which directly linked revenue streams.
- Manage the product lifecycle (launch, development, optimization, and discontinuation).
- Conduct market, customer, and competitor analysis to develop product strategies.
- Prepare business plans, campaign calendars and revenue forecasts for products.
- Coordinate product-related activities with Sales, MarCom, Technical, IT and other relevant teams.
- Propose product improvements based on customer needs and feedbacks.
- Lead the preparation of product documentation on developing of new products.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reports and present them to management.
- Monitor key metrics like customer satisfaction, retention rates, and usage statistics to maintenance of the stability of product lifecycles.
- Identification and promotion of high potentials and talents.
