· Preliminary analysis of the client company’s financial and operational performance;
· Business and/or property valuation;
· Financial modeling/forecasting;
· Financial due diligence and other agreed-upon procedures;
· Review of internal controls and business processes;
· Preparing business/asset valuation reports;
· Preparing financial modeling/due diligence reports, investment memorandums;
· Carrying out industry and business research;
· Participating in client meetings or conference calls
· Supervise and aid in the appraisal, development and training of junior employees
· Assist with business development for the expansion of services at existing clients and for attracting new client
Professional Knowledge
· Fluent in written and spoken Azerbaijani, intermediate level of Russian and English proficiency
· Excellent knowledge of MS Office Programs
Education
· A bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
Work Experience
· Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in business/asset valuation, preparation of financial models, budgeting/forecasting, business process optimization
· Experience in working with, and a thorough understanding of numerical data and conducting quantitative analyses related to company valuations, implementation of financial models, and comparative and pro forma analyses
