SAP Logistic (MM/SD/PP) Modules Senior Specialist

• SAP Solution Design and Architecture:

- Lead the design and architecture of SAP MM, SD, and PP solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives, industry best practices, and SAP standards.

- Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather requirements, define solution scope, and develop comprehensive implementation plans.

- Work with the partner company, checking the work of partner company consultants, performing tests, and accepting SAP processes (changes) properly.

- Design and implement advanced SAP configurations, customizations, and enhancements to optimize business processes and meet evolving business needs.

• Project Leadership and Management:

- Serve as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert for SAP MM, SD, and PP modules within project teams and across the organization.

- Lead and oversee end-to-end SAP implementation projects, including project planning, resource allocation, risk management, and milestone tracking.

- Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to junior consultants and project team members to ensure successful project delivery and knowledge transfer.

• Business Process Optimization and Innovation:

- Conduct in-depth analysis of existing business processes and identify opportunities for optimization, automation, and innovation within SAP MM, SD, and PP modules.

- Champion continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance, streamline operations, and drive efficiency gains across the organization.

- Evaluate emerging SAP technologies, trends, and industry developments to recommend innovative solutions and drive strategic business transformation.

• Stakeholder Engagement and Collaboration:

- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, process owners, IT teams, and external partners/vendors, to drive alignment and foster collaboration.

- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and knowledge-sharing sessions to gather requirements, discuss solution designs, and address stakeholder concerns and expectations.

- Act as a trusted advisor and escalation point for SAP-related issues, providing timely guidance, recommendations, and solutions to resolve complex challenges.

• Training and Knowledge Management:

- Develop and deliver advanced SAP MM, SD, and PP training programs and workshops for end-users, super-users, and support teams.

- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, knowledge repositories, and best practice guides to facilitate user adoption and system maintenance.

- Promote knowledge sharing and cross-functional collaboration within the SAP community to enhance collective expertise and drive continuous learning.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., SAP certification) preferred.
• 6+ years of hands-on experience in SAP MM, SD, and PP modules implementation, configuration, and support, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role.
• Deep technical expertise in SAP MM, SD, and PP modules, including mastery of configuration, customization, integration, and enhancement techniques.
• Proven track record of leading complex SAP projects from conception to completion, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
• Strong customer focus
• Solid knowledge of business processes in Supply Chain Management area.
• Strong understanding of business processes across procurement, sales, distribution, and production planning domains, along with experience in process optimization and reengineering.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
