Supplier Coordination: Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure supplier performance meets company standards and requirements.
Inventory Control: Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent shortages or excess stock, using data-driven analysis to forecast demand and optimize inventory turnover.
Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and streamline supply chain operations.
Data Analysis: Analyze supply chain data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track performance, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
Problem Solving: Address and resolve any supply chain issues or disruptions quickly and effectively, working with internal teams and external partners as needed.
Compliance: Ensure all supply chain activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in supply chain management, logistics, or procurement, with a track record of successful project management.
Proficiency in foreign languages (Russian, English)
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in supply chain management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
