As an Organizational Development (OD) Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting how our people and our organization grow. You will contribute to the design and delivery of initiatives that strengthen leadership, enhance capabilities, and foster a culture of continuous learning across the business.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct learning needs assessments with managers and HRBPs, analyze capability gaps, and shape the annual training plan.
- Develop, schedule, and coordinate training programs across the year, ensuring balanced distribution to avoid workload peaks.
- Monitor execution of the annual training plan, track participation and completion, measure progress against defined learning goals, and prepare regular progress reports for HR leadership.
- Assist in the design, coordination, and evaluation of leadership development programs that build managerial capability and future pipelines.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of career architecture initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational capability needs.
- Coordinate the implementation and tracking of Individual Development Plans (IDPs), linking them to career growth, talent development, and succession planning.
- Support the implementation and administration of the Learning
- Management System (LMS), including e-learning integration and adoption.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to co-develop scalable and engaging learning content.
- Design and support delivery of structured onboarding and new hire induction programs to accelerate role readiness and cultural integration.
- Manage and support end-to-end OD projects, including planning, logistics, communication, and reporting.
- Maintain a central repository of learning resources, playbooks, and OD toolkits for managers and employees.
- Manage and update the vendor catalogue and coordinate with external providers, contracts, and budgets to ensure cost-effective, high-quality program delivery.
