Accounting and Reporting Specialist

·      Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records in compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards;

·      Process vendor payments in line with 3-way match principles;

·      Ensure timely and accurate reporting for tax and statutory compliance;

·      Prepare monthly management reports, including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements;

·      Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring all financial deadlines are met;

·      Provide support for ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as required;

·      Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business decisions through financial insights;

·      Contribute to the design and improvement of accounting processes, procedures, and internal control policies;

·      Stay updated with changes in financial regulations and recommend necessary adjustments to internal practices.

·      Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA is a plus);

·      Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, Background in Big Four or similar audit/consulting firms is an advantage;

·      ACCA Fundamental certificates is a plus;

·      Solid understanding of Local Tax and Accounting regulations;

·      Advanced Excel skills / Power Query and experience in SAP (preferred);

·      Fluent in Azerbaijani and English (written and spoken); Russian is an advantage.
