- Assist project manager in the execution and management of ongoing projects, tracking progress, milestones, and deliverables.
- Prepare, review, and organize project-related documents, reports, and presentations. Ensure consistency, accuracy, and clarity in all written materials.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external project-related communication. Prepare and review email correspondences, meeting minutes, and other communication materials.
- Coordinate meetings, events, and project timelines. Ensure that all participants are informed and prepared. Manage project calendars and send out reminders.
- Conduct research as needed to support project planning and execution. Assist in maintaining and updating project databases and filing systems.
- Assist with tracking the project's budget, resources, and timelines. Assist in preparing reports on budget, resources, etc.
- Work closely with team members, clients, and stakeholders to ensure the project's smooth flow and address any issues that arise.
- Provide oral translation or written translation support for the team when required during the implementation of projects.
