Senior Product Specialist

Currently, “FINCA Azerbaijan” Non-Bank Credit Organization is looking for a Senior Product Specialist.

Essential duties:

• Maintain in-depth knowledge of financial products such as loans, insurance, and digital banking services.
• Stay updated on industry regulations, financial trends, and market shifts that could affect product offerings.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, gaps in the market, and potential opportunities for new financial products.
• To consider opinion and recommendations of clients during all development stages of a loan product for the purpose of continuous improvement of a product and satisfaction of client requirements
• Work closely with the marketing team to create product messaging, promotional campaigns, and product launches.
• Develop and communicate clear value propositions for financial products to both customers and internal stakeholders.
• Track and analyze product performance, customer satisfaction, and market response.
• Use data to provide insights and recommendations for improving existing products or launching new ones.
• Ensure that all financial products comply with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.
• Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to address regulatory issues and implement changes when necessary.
• Provide training for both customers and internal teams on new financial products and features.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in product management, financial services, or a related role within the financial sector.
• Fluency in Azerbaijani required, good command of English is required. 
• MS Office CRM
• Strong understanding of financial products and services.
