Currently, “FINCA Azerbaijan” Non-Bank Credit Organization is looking for The Management Board Assistant (MBA). “FINCA Azerbaijan” offers a competitive compensation package, a wide range of job opportunities and a professional work environment in the field of financial services.


Summary:


The Management Board Assistant (MBA) works together with CEO and other Management Board Members of FAZ to organize schedules, assist in organizational support tasks and assist in planning, reporting and on realization of new policies and procedures and generalization of the existing ones. MBA works with all departments and regions. S/he participates in FAZ Management board meetings and also prepares and stores the minutes for those meetings. MBA carries out verbal and written translation of the Company's documentations as required, and may if required manage other translators.



Essential duties include the following:


  • Planning of CEO and if needed other MB members activities on daily and long-term basis;
  • Preparation of reports upon written and/or oral request from FAZ Management board members;
  • Verbal and/or written translation (excluding technical materials such as policy manuals, procedures and/or training materials) from Azerbaijani into English and vice versa upon written or verbal request from MB members. Technical translation maybe diverted to MBA in case of urgency;
  • Carry out written and/or verbal requests given by FAZ Management board members;
  • Providing adequate information about the performance status of the entrusted tasks and commissions, breach of deadlines;
  • Carry out instructions and orders given by FAZ Management boar members;
  • Keepin confidentiality ;
  • Performance of other written and/or verbal duties assigned by MB members, which may include participation in various initiatives or projects at the CEO’s approval.






Tələblər

Experience and education:


  • 3 years of experience in related field;
  • Bachelor degree in business or related field of study.
  • Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills;
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team;
  • Experience using computers for a variety of tasks;
  • Knowledge file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures;
  • Ability to work on tight deadlines.

 


Language Skills :

 

Fluency in Azerbaijani and English required.



Computer Skills :                                                    

 

  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook;
  • Competency of using any PM tools is preferable.

 


Travel requirements :

 

Availability to travel inside Azerbaijan 10% of the time.
