Support the development and maintenance of innovation-related strategies and processes within the department.
Conduct research and analysis on global innovation trends, ecosystems, and best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ideate and implement new initiatives that drive innovation.
Assist in creating presentations, reports, and documentation related to innovation projects and strategies.
Manage and maintain digital tools and platforms ( e.g Jira) to streamline project workflows.
Provide insights and recommendations for improving innovation processes based on data analysis.
Engage with external stakeholders, such as startups, accelerators, and research organizations, to foster partnerships.
Assist in establishing and maintaining relationships with local and international partners in the innovation sector.
Support communication with stakeholders by drafting correspondence, scheduling meetings, and preparing follow-up notes.
Maintain and update a database of current and potential partners to ensure accurate records.
Help implement partnership initiatives by tracking deliverables and timelines.
Assist in planning and executing events such as conferences, networking sessions, and innovation workshops.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field.
1 year of relevant work experience, preferably in business development, project management, or partnership management.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication in Azerbaijani, English and Russian languages.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
Basic understanding of the innovation ecosystem or an interest in learning more about it.
Detail-oriented and proactive in managing tasks.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate in a team environment.
Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges in a fast-paced setting.
