Marketing Specialist

• Develop, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns specifically designed for LANDAU Education Group’s strategic assets;
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, making data-driven adjustments to improve outreach and engagement with prospective students and parents;
• Utilize insights to refine marketing strategies, ensuring they align with the company mission and vision while identifying new opportunities for student recruitment and community engagement;
• Collaborate closely with the admissions and sales teams to understand enrollment goals and support lead generation and conversion efforts;
• Conduct market research to stay updated on education trends, competitor strategies, and the needs of our target audience.

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Education, or a related field;
• 2+ years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of success in developing and executing targeted marketing strategies;
• English language knowledge is desirable;
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced company environment;
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including faculty, staff, and administration;
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work and a willingness to take on new challenges in the dynamic educational landscape.
