Roles and responsibilities
Quality Assurance
- Management of Corporate Quality Program: Oversee the implementation and management of the Corporate Quality program within the agricultural sector, ensuring alignment with company standards and objectives.
- Gap Analysis of IMS: Conduct a thorough gap analysis of the Integrated Management System (IMS) to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with agricultural quality standards.
- Review of Corporate Procedures / Forms: Regularly review and update corporate procedures and forms to ensure they meet the highest quality standards in agricultural operations.
- Consultancy on Improvements: Provide expert consultancy to various departments on quality improvements, offering guidance on local and international compliance specific to the agricultural industry.
- Quality Requirements: Establish quality requirements based on local agricultural legislation and corporate specifications/procedures.
- Supplier Evaluation Management: Maintain and manage the supplier evaluation process to ensure all agricultural suppliers meet corporate quality standards.
- Review of AVL Documentation: Ensure accuracy and completeness of the Approved Vendor List (AVL) documentation.
- Traceability System Setup: Implement a robust traceability system for agricultural production lines to ensure product quality and safety.
- Executive Meetings: Conduct weekly and monthly meetings with the CEO to discuss quality assurance progress and strategies.
- Quality Personnel Management: Attract, hire, and manage quality personnel, fostering a team capable of upholding agricultural quality standards.
- Criticality Assessment Participation: Attend and contribute to criticality assessments for product/service purchases to ensure quality considerations are prioritized.
- Audit Management: Manage and conduct internal and supplier audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Supplier Meetings: Arrange and lead meetings with suppliers to address and resolve quality-related issues.
Quality Control
- Setting Quality Control Requirements: Define and establish quality control requirements for all agricultural activities.
- Quality Control Personnel Management: Supervise and manage the quality control team, ensuring they are equipped to perform their duties effectively.
- Budget Estimation: Estimate and manage the budget for inspection costs, time, and resources.
- Material Receipt Inspections: Arrange and oversee inspections of received materials to ensure they meet specified quality standards.
- Laboratory Management: Manage company and third-party laboratories involved in agricultural quality testing and analysis.
Business Process Improvement
- Consultancy on Business Processes: Provide expert consultancy on setting up and optimizing business processes within the agricultural sector.
- Task Management System: Develop and implement a task management system to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
- Identify KPIs: Identify and establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and enhance the quality and efficiency of agricultural processes.
Additional Information:
- Salary negotiable;
- Voluntary medical insurance provided by the company;
- Work schedule: Monday to Friday (09:30-18:30);
- Location: Qafqaz Business Center, Baku City.
