Reputation Management Associate

Job Location: PITS Azerbaijan Office located at AF Business House, 203 Nizami St, Baku 1010, Azerbaijan 

Working Hours:

• Working hours are from 13:00 to 22:00 (Monday to Friday).
• From March onwards, the working hours will change from 12:00 to 21:00 Baku Time.
• This is an in-person position; remote work is not available

Agreement Type and Pay: Service agreement with the UK office, 1000 AZN (NET). 

We are looking for a highly active, creative, and strategic Reputation Management Associate to build and maintain our company’s online reputation across platforms like Reddit, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter (X), YouTube and more in the US, UK, and Germany. This person will act as our digital press secretary, ensuring our brand is perceived positively and widely recognized.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor discussions and brand mentions across all online platforms.
• Engage in relevant conversations, respond to feedback, and manage our brand’s online presence.
• Create compelling content (posts, comments, photos/videos and articles) to build credibility and increase brand awareness.
• Work on positive reviews and testimonials.
• Collaborate with influencers, industry experts, and media to enhance reputation.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities in online discussions.
• Develop and execute reputation management strategies to position us as the top authority in our field.

Requirements:

• Highly active on social media and understands digital engagement strategies.
• Exceptional writing skills in English with a persuasive and engaging style.
• Creative, strategic thinker who can think outside the box.
• Experience in influencer marketing and online reputation management.
• Proactive, fast learner, and able to work independently.
