Site Architect

• Monitor and oversee architectural site activities to ensure all works are executed in accordance with approved designs, specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate and manage third-party site supervision teams, including participation in site inspections, testing, and quality assurance activities.
• Attend and actively contribute to progress meetings with Project Management Companies (PMCs), contractors, consultants, and other project stakeholders.
• Prepare and maintain accurate site progress reports, highlighting project status, key achievements, risks, and corrective actions.
• Provide practical site solutions and recommendations in coordination with the Contractor and PRE Design Team to address technical and construction-related challenges.
• Support effective communication and collaboration among all project participants to facilitate timely project delivery.
• Reports directly to the Project Manager.

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.

Work experience:

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating involvement in hospitality, residential, or large-scale mixed-use developments.
• At least 2 years of experience working within an international project environment, collaborating with multicultural teams and adhering to global design and construction standards.
• Strong background in construction, project management, and stakeholder management, with the ability to effectively coordinate multiple parties throughout the project lifecycle.
• Sound understanding of the hospitality industry, including hotel development, operational requirements, and market trends.
• Experience in quality assurance, compliance management, and ensuring adherence to project specifications and industry standards.
• Thorough knowledge of local building regulations, permitting requirements, and planning approval processes.
• Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to provide practical and effective solutions in a fast-paced project environment.
• Excellent communication, coordination and presentation skills.
