Surveyor Assistant

• Assist the Surveyor/Senior Surveyor in carrying out site surveying activities including setting out, leveling, alignment, and basic measurements in accordance with approved drawings.
• Support the establishment and maintenance of control points, benchmarks, and reference lines under supervision.
• Assist in topographic surveys, as-built surveys, and quantity measurements as instructed.
• Help verify site conditions against design drawings and report any discrepancies to the Surveyor or Site Engineer.
• Operate surveying instruments (total station, level, GPS) under supervision and ensure proper handling and care of equipment.
• Record survey data, field notes, and measurement results accurately and submit them to the Surveyor for review.
• Support construction teams by providing basic survey layout information when required.
• Assist in checking completed works for dimensional accuracy and alignment.
• Follow project quality, health, safety, and environmental procedures during all surveying activities.
• Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and other team members to support smooth site operations.

Basic construction surveying works; Setting out and leveling assistance; As-built measurements; Support in geometric control and site coordination

Work experience:

Minimum 1–3 years of experience in surveying works within construction projects

Language and computer programs knowledge (Microsoft Office):

Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office

Fluent in Azerbaijani; basic to intermediate English is an advantage
