Cybersecurity Pre-Sales Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a Cybersecurity Pre-Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role involves working closely with the sales team to understand customer needs, present technical solutions, and support successful sales efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in cybersecurity and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and present tailored cybersecurity solutions.
• Provide technical support during the sales process, including technical presentations and product demonstrations.
• Develop and deliver customized cybersecurity solutions that meet specific customer needs, working closely with technical and engineering teams.
• Prepare technical documentation, including proposals, diagrams, and reports, to explain proposed solutions to customers.
• Respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs) with detailed technical insights.
• Support the planning and execution of pilot projects to demonstrate the effectiveness of cybersecurity solutions.
• Perform competitive analysis of the company’s cybersecurity solutions against alternative solutions in the market.
• Provide training to sales teams and customers on cybersecurity products and solutions.
• Serve as a liaison between customers and the company by gathering feedback and ensuring customer satisfaction with proposed solutions.
• Investigate and resolve technical questions and concerns to support sales efforts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
• 3-5 years of experience in a related role (e.g., cybersecurity engineer, cybersecurity consultant, or technical sales engineer).
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles, technologies, and practices, including:
• Network security
• Endpoint security
• Cloud security
• Identity and Access Management (IAM)
• Threat detection and prevention
• Encryption and data protection
• Security compliance and regulations
• Experience with cybersecurity tools and technologies used for vulnerability assessment, penetration testing, and security analysis.
• Proficiency in Azerbaijani and English (required), and Russian (preferred).
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with compliance standards (e.g., ISO27001, NIST, CIS).
• Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on emerging cybersecurity threats and technologies.

• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
• Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)
• Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH)
• Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)
• CompTIA Security+
• Certifications from leading cybersecurity companies (e.g., IBM, Cisco, Palo Alto, Check Point, Fortinet, CyberArk, etc.).

Salary:

Negotiable based on experience.
